Sometimes a project requires onsite spraying, however at other times offsite spraying is not only more suitable for a project, but also yields significantly better results. Choosing offsite spraying enables for transportable fixtures and fittings to be coated and refined in a controlled environment free from dust and other contaminants.

The effect that exposure to dust can have upon a finish should not be understated. Unfortunately, dust exposure can result in an otherwise flawless finish becoming ruined. Dust is removed through the processes of filtration, ventilation and extraction employed at offsite spray booths. Using offsite spraying services in a controlled internal environment, enables for a far superior coating to be achieved. This is because a number of factors which have an impact on the quality of the finish can be controlled. These factors include, the humidity level, the temperature and air flow.

Utilising offsite spray booths for recoating projects can actually produce a significantly quicker turnaround time. This is because these faculties have access to processes which cannot be provided during onsite spraying projects. An example of this is a low bake facility, which can be used to cure the paint finish quicker than can be achieved onsite.

Provided that a component can be assembled onsite it is suitable for offsite spraying, this includes everything from balustrades and balconies, through to fascias and window frames.

Perhaps the chief benefit of offsite spraying compared with onsite spraying is that it is substantially more environmentally friendly. This is because the application of potentially hazardous chemicals and emissions is restricted to a dedicated and controlled environment.

In addition to the environmental benefits, offsite spraying also benefits your business as it means that there is no down time as a result of the recoating or respraying process. Although we try to keep the resultant downtime of our onsite spraying activities to a minimum, some downtime is unfortunately unavoidable. This is due to the down time attributed to fumes and in order to set and up and tidy up a site.

Offsite spraying services are suited to a wide range of applications, including:

  • Refurbishment of shop fittings.
  • Coating bespoke painted kitchen fittings.
