Booth spraying is a private spray painting booth that can be mobile but is usually restricted to a particular site. In most circumstances, it tends to be metal based materials and items that are coated in booths. However, there has been occasions for car body panels to be resprayed too.
Just like I mentioned above, a lot of items that are resprayed in booths tend to be cars. There are a lot of car body repair companies out there that provide complete paint refurbishments. However, the bodywork isn’t the only part of the vehicle that is available for decoration. The alloy wheels are a big repair, and spraying booths tend to offer the same day refurbishment.
Moving on. For corporate and commercial clients a lot of building fixings and fittings tend to be re-coated to match the building or any spraying refurbishment.
We have completed many building panel refurbishments that have required the coating of fittings to ensure that everything looks the same. We recently completed a coating for Transport for London, and you can read the case study here.
Other items that have previously been coated in our spraying booths have included door fittings, window frames, building roof lights and even lighting panels.
CJ Coatings own all of the booth spraying equipment we provide. Unlike some of our competitors, we actually employ all of our technicians directly and provide the material ourselves.
We completed a fitting spray recently after a rival was handed the work, only to outsource the spraying to a different company with no training or experience in commercial booth coatings. Our team was responsible for refurbishing the fittings and getting them back to a standard that the client was happy with.
