About Our Health and Safety Policy
CJ Coatings Nationwide provides a nationwide on site paint spraying service to a number of organisations. We employ a high volume of staff both office and field based.
We take Health and Safety extremely seriously. We have a written Health and Safety Policy in place that reaffirms out commitment to our staffs health and well-being whilst at work. We complete various on site risk assessments before beginning any project as well as supplying our technicians with all of the correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) they require.
Our Health and Safety Policy aims to prevent accidents and cases of work related ill health by managing the health and safety risks on a regular basis within the workplace. We provide all of our staff members with clear instructions and information, combined with industry recognised training to ensure all levels of competency are met and maintained. We maintain a commitment to Health and Safety by holding regular meetings, consulting with all employees on a day-to-day health and safety situations.
We have compiled a number of emergency procedures that include evacuation in the case of a fire or other significant issue that could result in loss of life. We maintain fully functioning safe and healthy working environments, provide and maintain a range of cladding panel equipment and machinery. All substances are secured and stored correctly and safely.
Any incidents that occur are immediately reported to our on site health and safety representative. Once identified and a thorough investigation has taken place, details of the incident will be submitted to our accident book and kept on file for our health and safety records.
